By accessing or using visionroyale.org and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Vision Royale provides:
AI application development
VPS rental services (via reseller infrastructure)
Website hosting
Consulting and development services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Account Registration
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
4. Payments and Billing
Fees are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
VPS and hosting services may be billed monthly or annually
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Failure to pay may result in service suspension
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services to:
Host illegal content
Distribute malware
Conduct phishing or fraud
Send spam
Violate intellectual property rights
Engage in harassment or abuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for violations.
6. VPS and Hosting Limitations
Because VPS services are provided via third-party reseller infrastructure:
We do not guarantee 100% uptime
We are not liable for infrastructure outages
Maintenance windows may occur
Backups are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included
7. AI Development Services
For AI and custom development projects:
Scope of work will be defined in separate agreements
Client-provided data must comply with applicable laws
We are not responsible for misuse of AI systems developed
8. Intellectual Property
All content on visionroyale.org, including logos, branding, and materials, is the property of Vision Royale unless otherwise stated.
Clients retain ownership of their data and custom-developed software upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Vision Royale shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Data loss
Business interruption
Lost profits
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the previous 3 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Royale from any claims arising from:
Your use of services
Violation of these Terms
Content hosted on our servers
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services:
For violation of these terms
For non-payment
If required by law
Upon termination, access to services may be revoked immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the Province in which Vision Royale is registered.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
